Central Medical Review

Central Medical Review has provided drugs testing services for commercial drivers since 1991. 

Programs are designed to meet with DOT regulations 49 CFR Part 40 and related statutes for Motor Carriers, Transit Operators, Merchant Mariner and Aviation.

Offering  in-house Medical Review Officer (MRO) and Consortium/Third Party Administration (C/TPA) of random drug testing programs.

In partnership with Occupational Health Services,  Lodi, CA, and other testing facilities across the nation, we offer pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion testing for drugs of abuse.

Office Hours:

  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM M-F for drug test specimen collection
  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM M-F for client services
