Central Medical Review Testing programs are designed to meet with DOT regulations 49 CFR Part 40 and related statutes for Motor Carriers, Transit Operators, Merchant Mariner and Aviation.

Central Medical Review has provided drug testing services for commercial drivers since 1991. 

Offering  in-house Medical Review Officer (MRO) and Consortium/Third Party Administration (C/TPA) of random drug testing programs.

  • 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Friday (PT)
  • Closed for lunch break 12 Noon – 1PM
  • Arrive by 3PM for collection of specimens for drug testing.

In partnership with Occupational Health Services,  Lodi, CA, and other testing facilities across the nation, we offer pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion testing for drugs of abuse.

Drugs of abuse testing may play an important role in comprehensive safety programs for drug-free workplace programs, whether mandated or not.
